The price includes: Water, gas for cooking, bedlinen, towels, use of bicycles and pool, WiFi.
The swimming pool is not supervised therefore children up to 14 years of age must be accompanied by their parents.
We’re sorry; it is not possible to invite external visitors both day and overnight.
Final cleaning: the apartment must be left as found upon check in, clean and in good condition, otherwise € 40,00 will be charged for the Apartments Scuderia and € 25,00 for Apartments Fienile.
Not included:
Electricity to consumption, washing machine (3 euros per wash), tourist tax 1,50 euro per person from 14 years for a maximum of 14 nights, babycot with chair € 25,00 per week.
Pets: Your dog (upon request, maximum 1 per apartment) is welcome at Il Granaio and is included in the rates, we only charge the cost of additional cleaning at the end of the stay (20 euros). Please do not leave your dog alone in the apartment during your absences and do not take him to the pool area. Beautiful free pet friendly beaches can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car. The nearest bau bau beach is Fuorirotta, at 7 km, loc. Le Marze between Marina di Grosseto and Castiglione della Pescaia. In Castiglione della Pescaia the bau bau beach is located before entering the town, loc. Selene pinewood.

Cancellation costs:
- no penalty up to three months before arrival
- 10% penalty of the entire amount from 3 months to 1 month before arrival
- 50% penalty of the entire amount from 1 month to 15 days before arrival
- 100% penalty of the entire amount from 15 days before arrival
