The rate includes: Water, gas for cooking, bedlinen, towels, use of bicycles and pool, gym (adults only), WiFi
Not included:
To expenditure: electricity, washing machine.
Babycot with chair € 25,00 per week.
Cleaning fee at departure: €40,00 for the Scuderia and €25,00 for the Fienile.
The cleaning of the kitchen (fridge, crockery, glasses, stove, etc.) must be carried out by the guest as it is not included in the cleaning fee.
Deposit: € 100,00.
Cancellation costs:
- 15% of the total amount till 30 days of arrival,
- 50% of the total amount from the 29th till the 15th day before arrival,
- 100% of the total amount from the 14th day before arrival.
Pets
Your dog (upon request, maximum 1 per apartment) is welcome at il Granaio and is included in the rates, we only charge the cost of additional cleaning at the end of the stay (20 euros).
Please, do not leave your dog alone in the apartment during your absences
Beautiful pet friendly free beaches can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car
The nearest bau bau beach is “Fuorirotta”, at 7 km, loc. Le Marze, between Marina di Grosseto and Castiglione della Pescaia. In Castiglione della Pescaia the bau bau beach can be found before entering the village, loc. Selene Pinewood.
