The price includes:
Water, gas for cooking, bedlinen, towels, use of bicycles and pool.

Final cleaning is included if the apartment is left in good conditions with kitchen cleaned by the guest, otherwise € 45,00 will be charged for a type B and € 30,00 for a type A.

Not included:
To expenditure: electricity, heating, washing machine.

Babycot with chair € 25,00 per week, TV € 20,00 per week.

Pets, on request:
€ 10,00 per week.

Deposit:
€ 100,00.

October - March: possibility to book single nights

Cancellation costs:
- 30% of the total amount till 30 days of arrival,
- 60% of the total amount from the 29th till the 15th day before arrival,
- 100% of the total amount from the 14th day before arrival.
